Indigo Oscar is a vibrant beachfront restaurant and bar in the iconic Indiana building in Cottesloe. Overlooking the Indian ocean, the venue brings together bold, Latin American-inspired flavours, seasonal coastal produce and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Enjoy stunning ocean views every shift as you create memorable guest experiences in one of Perth's most iconic beachfront venues. We are currently seeking for experienced Bartender and Bar Supervisor to join the vibrant team.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also support food and wine service during peak periods, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest. With a passion for hospitality, solid product knowledge, and a commitment to excellence, you will help create memorable experiences and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere throughout the venue.

What You'll be Doing

- Bringing excellent energy and warm hospitality to every service
- Ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests, with safety as the top priority across all front-of-house (FOH) operations.
- Working alongside a passionate team to keep service smooth, fun, and fast-paced
- Keeping the venue looking polished, welcoming, and summer-ready

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience as a Bartender in a premium casual dining venue, restaurant, bar, or fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and responsible service of alcohol practices
- A warm, engaging personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- The ability to stay calm and focused in high-energy environments
- Basic wine and cocktail knowledge is a plus, but not a must.

Eligibility

- Applicants must have current Australian working rights.
- Hold a valid RSA and Level 1 Food Safety Certificate (Essential)
