Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking a passionate Inclusion Support Educator to join our Woodcroft Cobblestone team.

About the Role

As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will work alongside educators, families and external professionals to create an inclusive learning environment where every child has the opportunity to participate, learn and thrive.

You will support the educator team to adapt learning experiences and environments, implement inclusion strategies and promote children's independence, participation and wellbeing. This role provides additional support across the learning environment and is not a one-to-one support role.

This is a part-time role; Monday-Thursday 8 hours per day, Friday 7 hours.

This is a fixed term contract ending August 2027

Responsibilities

- Support inclusive practices that encourage participation and engagement for all children.
- Adapt learning experiences, environments and resources to meet children's diverse needs.
- Work collaboratively with educators, families and external professionals to implement inclusion strategies.
- Support children's independence, wellbeing, positive behaviour and participation.
- Contribute to observations, documentation and planning that support inclusive learning outcomes.
- Promote a safe,



respectful and child-secure environment where every child feels they belong.

About You

- ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
- An understanding of inclusive practice, child development and safeguarding.
- Knowledge or experience supporting children with additional needs is highly regarded.
- Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
- A genuine commitment to child safety, inclusion and equitable opportunities for every child.
