Exciting opportunity for an Individual Support Worker to join our Clarence Estate Home Care team in Albany. This role supports our growing team, servicing clients across Albany, Denmark and Mt Barker.

About the role

Reporting to our Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing domestic support, ensuring a clean and safe living environment, assisting with meal preparation, and engaging in meaningful interactions that brighten their days

What you’ll bring

- Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Influenza vaccination
- Own a vehicle and full driver's licence
