Your new role

As a ICT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex technology transformation projects from initiation through to completion. Working within a PRINCE2 governance framework and Agile delivery workplace, you will oversee project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and reporting. You'll work closely with senior executives, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and product owners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading complex technology and business transformation projects.
- Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and dependencies.
- Driving governance, assurance and reporting activities.
- Managing risks, issues, change requests and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary delivery teams and working groups.
- Supporting communication, change management and benefits realisation activities where required.





What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation and modernisation programs.
- Experience leading projects involving migration from legacy systems to contemporary technology platforms.
- Strong project leadership experience within government, regulated, or enterprise-scale environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, governance and communication skills.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification (mandatory).

Highly regarded:

- Experience across both public and private sector environments.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated success delivering outcomes across the full project lifecycle.
