We're partnering with a growing financial services organisation seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead technology services and end-user computing across the business. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll be responsible for developing service capability, leading Technical Specialists and driving improvements that enhance both operational outcomes and user experience.

You'll be empowered to challenge existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and help establish a service culture centred on accountability, responsiveness and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading service delivery, end-user computing and workplace technology services
- Building,



mentoring and developing a high-performing technical team
- Driving measurable improvements across service quality and customer satisfaction
- Partnering with business leaders to understand priorities and improve outcomes
- Managing vendors, service providers and strategic technology initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Strong leadership experience within Service Delivery, EUC or IT Operations
- Expertise across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and endpoint management
- A continuous improvement mindset and focus on service excellence
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships
- A hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring teams and creating lasting impact
