Servicing the communities of Cape York, with the main office is located in Cairns, Apunipima delivers public health care, and social and emotional well-being programs to community members. About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Infrastructure and Maintenance Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Infrastructure and Maintenance Manager and Infrastructure and Maintenance Team.

Pre-employment screening for vaccination against Vaccine Preventable Diseases will be conducted for the successful applicant.

Mandatory Requirements

- Current Blue Card positive notice or exemption, or willing and able to obtain prior to commencement
- Current Queensland Drivers Licence
- National Police Check within the last 3 months or willing and able to obtain prior to commencement
- Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Experience in fleet and/or asset management
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating building, fleet maintenance and refurbishment projects, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and build appropriate relationships, internal and external stakeholders, including community groups




- Understanding of building asset and equipment lifecycle management principles and processes
- High level communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to present information to all levels of the organisation in a clear and succinct manner
- Attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks with high degree of accuracy and within agreed timeframes and with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills
