Huawei Australia is hiring a Infrastructure Solution Manager for developing end-to-end enterprise ICT infrastructure solutions. The role works closely with customers, sales teams, technical specialists and partners to design integrated, commercially viable solutions covering networking, data storage, cloud and data center infrastructure.

Job responsibilities:

- Understand customers’ business and technical requirements and develop end-to-end infrastructure solutions.
- Design solution architectures integrating networking, storage and data centre technologies.
- Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare solution proposals, architecture documents, bills of materials and tender responses.
- Coordinate with product specialists, commercial teams, partners and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, commercially competitive and aligned with customer requirements.
- Identify solution risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Support solution handover and provide technical guidance during implementation.
- Monitor industry trends,



emerging technologies and competitor solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
- At least five years of experience in ICT infrastructure, solution architecture, pre-sales engineering or technical consulting.
- Broad knowledge of enterprise networking, storage, cloud and data centre infrastructure.
- Experience designing integrated solutions and supporting complex enterprise opportunities.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into practical and commercially viable solutions.
- Solid communication, presentation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, technical specialists, partners and delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with enterprise networking, data centre, cloud or cybersecurity solutions.
- Relevant technical or solution architecture certifications.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, system integrators or technology vendors.
