About the Role We're recruiting an Infrastructure Manager on behalf of our client, a growing organisation seeking a technically strong leader who enjoys building capability while remaining actively involved in engineering outcomes. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll oversee infrastructure strategy, operational excellence, vendor management and technology roadmaps while leading a team of engineers. This role suits someone who asks questions, seeks to understand the "why", identifies opportunities for improvement and is motivated to build and scale a team over time.

- Lead infrastructure operations across cloud, network and server environments
- Develop and implement strategic infrastructure roadmaps

- Experienced infrastructure leader with strong technical credibility
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting on the tools when required
- Strong background across Azure, Microsoft 365, networking and security
- Naturally curious with excellent listening and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ambitious leader who enjoys building teams, capability and future leaders
