As a Integrated Planner, you'll sit at the heart of our Enterprise Transformation Management Office, driving portfolio planning, integration and decision enablement across major transformation initiatives.

You'll lead structured planning cycles across financial year and quarterly horizons, ensuring initiatives are aligned, achievable and sequenced effectively. Working closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology, you'll facilitate alignment, navigate complexity and shape decisions that deliver meaningful outcomes.

You'll also bring a strong analytical mindset, using scenario modelling and structured thinking to evaluate trade-offs, test assumptions and inform strategic direction. From big room planning to governance stage gates, you'll play a key role in bringing people together and moving priorities forward with clarity and confidence.

This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane and Sydney.

Responsibilities

Day to day, you'll:

- Lead financial year and quarterly portfolio planning cycles, assessing capacity and capability across initiatives.
- Facilitate big room planning sessions to align stakeholders, priorities and dependencies.
- Maintain integrated portfolio plans, including sequencing, constraints and interdependencies.
- Structure prioritisation options and trade-offs to support governance decision-making.




- Orchestrate monthly stage gate processes and enable informed decisions across initiatives.
- Perform scenario analysis and modelling to inform sequencing and change decisions.
- Develop clear, decision-ready materials and support senior stakeholders with portfolio messaging.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure initiatives are achievable and strategically aligned.

Qualifications It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- You bring experience in portfolio, program or enterprise-level planning within a transformation environment.
- Your facilitation skills enable you to lead large, cross-functional planning sessions with confidence.
- You'll influence stakeholders effectively and drive outcomes without formal authority.
- You're skilled in structured thinking, developing scenarios, options and trade-offs.
- You have strong organisational skills, managing multiple priorities and complex initiatives.
- Your commercial acumen allows you to assess achievability, constraints and delivery risks.
- You'll communicate clearly, producing structured and decision-oriented materials.
- You're experienced working within governance or stage gate frameworks.
