We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a fast-paced, varied role that combines sales support, customer service, order management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
What You'll Do /n /n
- Be the first point of contact for customer and sales enquiries.
/n
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
/n
- Process sales orders, returns, credits, and freight bookings.
/n
- Track deliveries and provide customer updates.
/n
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity in CRM systems.
/n
- Coordinate installations and upgrades with internal service teams.
/n
- Prepare sales reports and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
/n
- Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Finance,
and Service teams to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
/n About You/n
/n /n
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, internal sales, or a similar support role.
/n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
/n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
/n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
/n
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
/n
- CRM experience (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
