Company Description The Project Advisory is a property advisory focused on helping people make better property decisions. We sit between our clients and their next move, providing strategic advice across acquisition, renovation, development and sale.

With experience across property, design and construction, we look at the whole picture — not just the transaction. We currently purchase around 10 houses and 20 units a year for our own portfolio, with plans to expand into client-facing advisory work. It's a fast-moving, hands-on environment where the work you do gets built, not shelved.

About the role The Project Advisory is looking for a Design & Site Coordinator to take ownership of the interior design and delivery of our property portfolio — from initial concept through to construction. You'll work closely with our outsourced architect to keep projects moving and on schedule, and be the key point of contact for our builders and on-site teams when questions come up around design, materials, or functionality.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to see their designs actually get built — not just rendered.

What you'll be doing





- Drawing and documenting interior layouts and design details in AutoCAD
- Liaising with our architect to track deadlines — permits, approvals, and design sign-off
- Attending site regularly to meet with builders, answer design queries, and check progress against the plan
- Ordering and specifying materials, fixtures and finishes
- Troubleshooting on-the-fly design and functionality issues as they come up on site
- Supporting client consultations as we grow our client-facing work

What we're looking for

- Confident using AutoCAD (or similar) to produce explicit, buildable drawings
- Comfortable on a construction site — reading plans against real conditions, talking through issues with trades
- Strong organisational skills — you'll be juggling multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Good communicator, able to hold the architect and builders accountable without friction
- A qualification in interior design, interior architecture, architecture, or equivalent hands-on experience
