The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our Business Development Team at our Richlands depot and play an important role in supporting our sales and customer-focused operations.

This is a varied and quick-paced role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and working across multiple priorities.

Working closely with our Business Development and Operations teams, you’ll coordinate internal sales activities, respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotes and support the development of sales proposals and bid documentation.

If you’re someone who takes pride in producing quality work, has a strong eye for detail and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, this could be the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of customer enquiries and prepare accurate quotes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records
- Liaise with internal Operations teams to ensure seamless communication
- Coordinate and compile sales responses, proposals and bid documentation
- Support the Business Development Team with sales and tender activities
- Review documentation to ensure accuracy and all requirements are met
- Manage competing priorities and deliver work within tight deadlines

About You We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills




- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
- Confidence working independently and taking ownership of tasks
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Logistics industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential
