The Role

This is a rare and exciting opportunity due to the expansion of the sales department. An opportunity to join a growing organisation and develop further your technical sales skills with leading pharmaceutical clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic person who is keen to learn. In order to excel in this position, previous sales experience . Your communication skills will be vital in building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and current customers, as well as negotiating prices and finalising sales. You will also be supporting our service team by helping them to prepare and close jobs.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Provide product information to customers, and pricing and regularly update customers on lead times.
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Identify sales opportunities.

- Configure hose assemblies
- Have experience with CRM systems (Not essential training will be provided)
- Manage a prospective sales pipeline and move opportunities through it
- Follow up on sales leads generated from various source
- Handle email and telephone enquiries
- Follow up on outstanding quotations
- Provide accurate and timely quotes
- Preparing quotes for service jobs

- Scheduling service jobs
- Sending quotes to customers for service jobs
- Closing service Jobs and sending customers final invoices
- Picking parts for service jobs
- coordinating with customers for service jobs
- Processing customer orders (including picking, packing and dispatch)
- General administration support

The successful applicant will have:

- Previous experience in Internal Sales or service support
- Good computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Proven ability to plan, organise, monitor, and adapt processes to support improvement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Adaptable and dependable with the capacity to work under pressure
- Strong motivation, energy, and goal orientation
- Training will be provided by PharmEquip Pty Ltd
