BOUNCE Ipswich miniBOUNCE is seeking a results-driven Venue Manager to lead a high-energy, family-focused venue in Queensland.
You'll oversee a multi-level adventure-play space, manage a passionate team, drive sales, memberships and bookings, and ensure a protected, welcoming workplace for families and children.
You'll report to the Area Manager, lead on-floor operations, coach Team Leaders and balance customer experience with profitability.
