Rural Northwest Health is seeking applications for the 2027 Graduate Nurse Program commencing in February 2027. n

These positions are part time for 12-months at the Warracknabeal or Hopetoun Campus. The program supports the transition to practice for Graduate Enrolled Nurses.

Learning opportunities: n

- Graduates will have regular contact with dedicated Clinical Support Nurses
n
- A structured orientation and supernumerary days are provided
n
- Valuable study days offered throughout the year
n
- Practice in acute, aged care, and community nursing.

Key Selection Criteria: nn
- Enrolled Nurses with less than 12 months since completion of Diploma of Nursing
n
- Registration with AHPRA
n
- Positive communication skills and the ability to utilise a range of software applications
n
- Emerging time management skills and ability to prioritise in a flexible and adaptable way
n
- Commitment and willingness to participate in continuing education and development
n
