Coastline BMW is seeking a customer-focused Motorrad Parts Interpreter to join their team in Currimundi, Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate automotive professional to play a crucial part in the success of our Motorrad division. As the Motorrad Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing parts interpretation services to our trade & retail customers, ensuring their BMW Motorrad vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. In addition you'll provide support and advice on BMW Motorrad accessories to retail customers which lends this role to a highly engaging career path for diverse candidates, backed by our commitment as an equal prospect employer.

What you'll be doing n

- Interpreting and processing customer parts requests for BMW Motorrad vehicles
n
- Liaising with customers to understand their specific parts needs and provide accurate recommendations
n
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of BMW Motorrad parts inventory and availability
n
- Assisting with the ordering, stocking, and management of Motorrad parts
n
- Providing excellent customer service and a positive experience for all Motorrad customers

- Assisting our Sales Department with Motorcycle Accessory Sales

What we're looking for nn
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service within the automotive industry
n
- Knowledge or willing to learn BMW Motorrad parts and technical specifications
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and colleagues
n
- Proficient in computer skills and willing to learn the BMW Parts Catalogue Systems
n
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for the automotive industry
