About the role:

n

We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Systems Specialist to drive the ongoing development of CSC's finance systems. You'll be a trusted partner to stakeholders across Finance, Technology and the wider business, helping them clarify requirements, explore possibilities and translate business needs into effective system solutions.

n

With a strong focus on project delivery and system enhancements, this role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in finance systems, data, reporting and process optimisation. You'll play a key role in ensuring our systems deliver reliable insights, streamlined processes and improved decision-making across the organisation.

What you’ll do:

n

n
- Lead system improvements and projects from requirements through to delivery
n
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver system and process enhancements
n
- Configure and enhance TechnologyOne and other finance systems
n
- Develop reporting, dashboards and workflows
n
- Collaborate with Technology teams and suppliers on upgrades and enhancements
n
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve controls, data quality and user experience
n
- Drive system adoption through training, documentation and stakeholder engagement
n

What we’re looking for

n

- Full working rights in Australia

- Experience gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements to translate them into system solutions
n
- The ability to facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and help stakeholders articulate what they need
n
- Experience delivering system implementations, upgrades, enhancements or transformation projects
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence across all levels of the business
n
- Experience supporting finance,



management reporting, budgeting or planning processes
n
- A collaborative approach and genuine curiosity about how systems can improve business outcomes
n
