Job Description

Concord Golf Club is seeking a part time Finance Assistant to lead end-to-end payroll for about 70 staff and manage accounts payable and receivables. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will set up new employees in Employment Hero, process weekly payroll, handle member payments, and maintain financial records.

The role requires solid payroll experience, bookkeeping background, strong customer service and attention to detail, plus proficiency in MS Word/Excel and accounting systems.
