E Commerce Specialist - Consumer Electronics n

Our client is a global premium consumer electronics and lifestyle business seeking an E-Commerce Lead to own digital execution across Australia and New Zealand across one of their significant brands. This is a hands-on role focused on website performance, campaign delivery, CRM and insights.You will report to the E-Commerce Retail Trade Marketing Manager and act as the local digital subject matter expert.

What you will do n

n
- Own day-to-day operation and optimisation of ANZ e-commerce websites
n
- Improve merchandising, content, customer journeys and site health
n
- Execute paid search, paid social, SEO, email and CRM activity
n
- Partner with brand marketing on campaign planning, briefing and on-brand EDMs
n
- Manage agency relationships and campaign performance reporting
n
- Build acquisition and retention journeys using CRM automation
n
- Support platform upgrades, testing and new digital capability rollouts
n
- Resolve escalated website, payment and online customer issues
n




- Work with customer service to lift satisfaction and NPS
n
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, category and supply chain on launches and promotions
n

What you will bring nn
- Degree in Marketing, Digital, Commerce or similar
n
- 2+ years' e-commerce or digital marketing experience
n
- Strong GA4 and digital platform knowledge
n
- Agency management and stakeholder communication skills
n
- Solid project management and analytical capability
n
- Baseline comfort using AI to work faster and improve quality
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
