About the Program

n

Our Graduate Program in CX and Relationship Management is built for recent graduates who are strong with numbers, love process and want to learn how a fast-growing business actually runs. You will spend your first weeks in operations, learning the delivery side of the business: getting cars ready, coordinating with the workshop, registration and logistics teams, and handing vehicles over to customers.

You will then spend a few months on the business side, managing the customer relationship from the moment a car is reserved through to handover: payments, finance documentation, contracts and the value-added products that protect the customer's purchase. By the end of the rotation you will understand the full customer journey end to end, and you will own a book of customers of your own.

What You'll Do

n

Own each customer's journey from reservation to handover, keeping them informed with clear, timely updates.

n

Guide customers through payments,



finance requirements, contracts and documentation, and get the detail right first time.

n

Coordinate with Sales, Workshop, Registration and Logistics to clear blockers and keep every deal on track.

n

Prepare vehicles and paperwork for delivery and run a friendly, professional handover.

n

Recommend value-added products such as warranty and protection where they genuinely suit the customer.

n

Track your numbers: milestones, turnaround times and conversion, and spot what can be done better

n

What You'll Bring

n

A recently completed degree or diploma (or less than 1 year left). Business or accounting background preferred!

n

Strong numerical and data-driven ability

n

A process-driven, organised approach and real attention to detail with payments, documents and commitments.

n

Clear, confident communication and a genuine interest in helping customers.

n

A willingness to learn fast, take feedback and grow with the business.

n

Flexibility to work five days a week on a rotating roster (Saturday and Sunday are a must).

n

Full working rights in Australia for a full-time role, including graduates on a Temporary Graduate (subclass 485) visa.

n

No automotive experience needed. We will teach you the industry; we are hiring for aptitude and attitude.
