Aveo is seeking a Maintenance Officer for Bella Vista Haven, a vibrant retirement community in Sydney’s Hills District. You’ll handle day-to-day maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and help maintain grounds and facilities.

This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with a focus on protected, resident-friendly service. You’ll join a supportive Aveo Facilities team, perform preventative maintenance, and build positive relationships with residents.
