Position Overview:

We are looking for a SeniorEvent Designer to work directly with clients and suppliers to coordinate event projects for private and major events.

Main Duties:

- End to end project management from initial meeting and planning to execution and bump out with a hands on approach.




- Execute event with client in a 1 on 1 capacity.
- Coordinate end-to-end design requirements for event projects including creative brief and direction through to execution of design elements.
- Creatively interpret event briefs, ensuring to utilise potential but also work within limitations of event location, environment and allotted timings.
- Present design concepts and briefs directly to clients for approval.
- Produce invoices proficiently for Creative Concept, Creative Project Management and Onsite Set up/Pack down, ensuring accuracy.
- Strategically manage overarching budget to create flexibility and assist in work-around solutions.
- Source and procure (including samples) products/items required, ensuring to remain within brief, budget and time frame restrictions.

Experience/Skills Required:

- Possesses more than 5 years of experience as a Senior Event Designer or in a similar role.
- Absolute proficiency inthe complete Adobe suite and other design programs.
- Design degree (ideally Architecture or Interior).
- Experience tracking and managing event budgets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and admin abilities.
- Experience presenting briefs to clients.
- Strong understanding of event operations and delivery.
- Ability to coordinate a high workload while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
