The Role

- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements

You will take an active role in matters, working directly with clients and contributing to practical,



commercially focused solutions across a diverse range of industries and sectors.

About You
We are interested in speaking with corporate lawyers looking to further develop their technical expertise within a collaborative and client-focused environment. Ideally, you will have:

- 4–7 years' PAE in Corporate & Commercial law
- Experience across M&A;, corporate advisory and commercial transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Exposure to corporate governance and commercial contracting
- A commercial and pragmatic approach, with a genuine interest in understanding client objectives
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
