Our Residential Property Management team is looking for an organised, confident and driven Property Manager ready to take ownership of their own portfolio and thrive in a high-performing environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you will take ownership of your own residential portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while maintaining strong compliance and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing your own residential property portfolio from end to end
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting and coordinating routine, entry and exit inspections
- Managing maintenance requests efficiently and proactively
- Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears management and compliance requirements
- Responding to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally




- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring legislative compliance
- Working collaboratively with our administration and leadership teams
