UnitingCare Queensland, through its FaDS team, is seeking a Local Service Manager to provide line management, supervision and leadership across Community Mental Health programs in Cairns, with some travel to Mackay and the Sunshine Coast.

You will oversee budgets, client information systems and drive quality standards within a multidisciplinary team to improve service outcomes, while building effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
