Job Description
Drakes Samford store is seeking a motivated and hands-on Meat Lead to manage the department and lead a small team.
You will be responsible for rostering, stock ordering, stock takes and driving a high standard of customer service.
Reporting to Store Manager, you will develop staff, control costs and ensure gross profit is maximised.
Experience in butchery and a passion for fresh food are essential.
