Regional Australia Bank is seeking an inspiring and people-focused leaderto support our branch network across Inverell, Moree, Mungindi, Bingara and Warialda.

Whether you're an experienced banking leader, a proven people leader from another customer-focused industry, or an emerging leader with a track record of coaching, supporting and influencing others, we'd love to hear from you.

- Lead, coach and develop branch leaders and their teams
- Foster a positive, high-performing culture
- Support branches to achieve customer, people and business outcomes
- Build strong relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance, risk and operational standards are maintained

What You'll Bring We're looking for a strong people leader who can inspire teams and build meaningful relationships.

Banking experience is highly regarded but not essential. We welcome applicants with transferable leadership skills and a passion for regional communities. You may have leadership experience in:





- Banking or financial services
- Retail or customer service
- Commercial operations
- Another people-focused industry

You'll also bring:
- Experience leading, coaching and developing teams
- Solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer, people and business outcomes
- The ability to analyse information and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience working across multiple locations or teams is desirable
