This role will give the right person broad exposure to a fast-moving critical minerals company as we continue building our group investor relations, communications and brand platform.

The Opportunity:

Join a growing ASX 300-listed critical minerals company and build broad, hands-on experience across investor relations, corporate communications, digital content, events, media and market-facing materials.

This is a new role with room to grow. It suits someone who wants more than a narrow communications or design job — someone who wants exposure, variety, mentorship and a pathway into listed-company IR and corporate communications.

You will work closely with the Group Investor Relations and Communications Manager and gain exposure to:

- senior management
- investors and market-facing communications
- ASX announcement workflows
- media and external advisers
- conferences, webinars and site visits
- digital channels, website and social media
- international operations across Australia, Spain, America
- a fast-growing critical minerals business

About You: You will be polished, practical, responsive and highly organised. You will have a strong eye for detail and design,



and you will be comfortable working in an environment where accuracy, confidentiality and approvals matter.

You will ideally bring:

- Experience in communications, investor relations support, corporate affairs, marketing communications and content coordination or design coordination
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe tools
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with trackers, lists and registers
- Digital content experience across websites, LinkedIn, X, YouTube or email platforms
- Strong organisation, discretion and ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-moving environment

Highly Regarded:

- Spanish language capability
- Experience in resources, mining, critical minerals, heavy industry, engineering, financial services or an ASX-listed environment
- Website CMS, social scheduling, media monitoring, event coordination or investor engagement platform experience
- Some photography, video, design or content production capability
