Support post trade operations for a growing investment management business in Brisbane.

Our client is a well established investment management business, distributing a range of domestic and global investment solutions to institutional and sophisticated investors. With a growing client base, an opportunity now exists for a suitably qualified individual to join their Brisbane based Investment Operations team.

Reporting to the Investment Operations Supervisor, you'll support the accurate and timely execution of post trade operational activities, working closely with fund managers, custodians, administrators and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and prompt resolution of exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

- Validate and process trade instructions across multiple asset classes, monitoring and resolving failed trades
- Complete daily and monthly unit price reconciliations, investigating variances
- Perform daily cash and holdings reconciliations between internal systems, custodians and administrators
- Monitor and manage cash flows, including FX requirements
- Track and process corporate actions,



income events and proxy voting
- Liaise with custodians, counterparties and fund managers to ensure timely trade settlement
- Complete regulatory and client reporting where required
- Identify and support the implementation of process improvements

What You'll Bring

- Business, Finance or Commerce degree, or other relevant qualification
- 1 to 3 years' funds management or stock market operations experience, ideally from a custodian, stockbroker or funds management firm
- Strong Excel skills, IRESS and Bloomberg exposure a plus
- Detail oriented, proactive and a strong communicator
- Confident managing competing priorities under pressure
