The Role

We are looking for an IT and 3PL Logistics Support Officer to join our team at Laverton North. You will play a key role in analysing logistics functions and supply chain processes across the entire product lifecycle. From customer purchase to delivery to retail, distributor, or individual buyers, your insights will help enhance operational performance by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement systems like GLOW & DCX, including RFID setup and layout changes for 24AW.

- Oversee WMS setup for new customers.

- Manage inventory tasks, data preparation for projects (e.g., RFID Autostore shipping), and label creation.

- Develop and implement supply chain optimisation strategies, including cost-effective scheduling and KPI tracking.

- Prepare reports, analyse data, and track operational performance.

- Drive stock takes and cycle counts, including stock analysis.

- Plan and implement cost-effective models and support in scheduling.





- Track 3PL performance vs Customer Agreement KPI’s and report to management accordingly.

- Troubleshoot IT server issues and maintain equipment (printers, scanners).

- Level 1 IT support (software and hardware) for the Melbourne Branch.

About You

- Previous experience in logistics, FMCG or related industry with a focus on data analysis, and reporting.

- Proficiency in WMS, data analysis tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), databases, and statistical analysis.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases, ERP systems, and logistics programs (Rewards, GLOW).

- Familiarity with supply chainprocesses (e.g. Inventory planning, warehouse management)

- IT support experience or similar.

- Ability to analyse data, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
