IT Mining Solution Lead

Our client: An industry leading client at the forefront of enabling digital transformation within mining, rail and energy industry sectors. The role: We are seeking an IT/ OT technology focused professional with a track record of influencing strategy and shaping technology direction within complex operational environments.

Required experience:

- Extensive strategy, leadership technology, architecture or senior consulting experience within industries including mining, rail AND/ OR energy sectors
- Previous experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Lead Architect, Principal Consultant, Technology Lead or similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to connect technology solutions to broader business goals
- Demonstrated success shaping technology strategy, roadmaps or transformation initiatives.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration and solution design principles.
- The ability to assess business problems, identify root causes and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Experience in leading large, high performing teams.

Highly desirable:

- Mining, rail, energy,



utilities or heavy industry experience.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent architecture framework experience.
- Cloud architecture certifications.
- Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Knowledge of data platforms, industrial systems, automation technologies or operational technology ecosystems.
