Are you passionate about helping customers, staying organised, and making things happen? We're looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our Darwin team and play a key role in supporting customer success across hardware, software, licensing and managed services.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll support Hexicor's Account Management and Service Delivery teams by managing straightforward transactional sales opportunities, endpoint requirements, licence and subscription renewals, customer follow-ups and associated sales administration.

The role provides capacity relief to IT Account Managers by owning repeatable, lower-complexity commercial activities while ensuring customers receive prompt, accurate and professional service. Based in Darwin, you'll work closely with Hexicor's Darwin-based Key Account Manager for local coordination and customer context, along with the broader IT Account Management and IT Service Desk teams.

Key responsibilities

- Manage straightforward opportunities for approved endpoint hardware, peripherals, software and licences
- Confirm customer requirements, specifications, quantities, delivery needs and timeframes
- Source products and pricing through approved suppliers, distributors and vendor portals
- Prepare accurate, approved quotes and follow up opportunities through ordering and fulfilment
- Maintain proactive visibility of upcoming licence, subscription, warranty and support renewals
- Prepare renewal quotes, explain expiry implications and follow up outstanding customer decisions
- Support IT Account Managers with customer administration, quote preparation, order status and renewal activity




- Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to maintain accurate leads, opportunities, contacts, activities and quote details
- Assist the Service Desk with customer communication, ticket follow-up and coordination of Darwin activities
- Communicate clearly and professionally across telephone, email, online meetings and face-to-face interactions

About you

- Experience in IT Services, inside sales, sales support, customer service, account coordination, service coordination or a comparable role
- Professional, friendly and customer-focused approach
- Strong ownership and follow-through
- Excellent organisation and time management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence communicating by telephone, email and face-to-face
- Ability to manage multiple renewals, quotes, orders and customer actions concurrently
- Commercial awareness and interest in technology
- Year 12 or equivalent
- Current Australian Driver's Licence is required
