Why You’ll Love This Role

Join out team as a IT Support Coordinator and make a real difference. You'll be providing essential technical support for all team members across the Kieser Australia network. This role assists with managing our M365 tenancy and acts as a front-line liaison for our in-house software development team, ensuring seamless IT operations. Reporting to the IT Support Lead, this role is performed from National Clinic Support and supports a hybrid working arrangement in line with organisational policies

What You’ll Do

- Provide technical support to end-users for M365 applications, Internal systems (Logic and Kieser Konnect) and other IT systems.

- Offer level 1 support for Logic and Kieser Konnect, including troubleshooting, simple user
- training, and documenting technical procedures

- Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner, maintaining detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.

- Manage the M365 tenancy, including user account management, application support, security configurations, and ensuring ongoing compliance with company policies and security requirements.

- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to ensure the reliability and availability of IT services

- Create and maintain user guides,



FAQs, and support documentation to facilitate self-service support.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operational staff, to understand and address technology needs

Must-haves

- Valid working rights in Australia

- Ability to trouble-shoot and diagnose IT problems with a view to correcting or passing to appropriate teams for resolution

- Ability to interact with staff and clients to understand issues and explain resolutions

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external IT service providers

- Superior attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work

- Effective time management and organisational skills

Nice-to-haves

- Experience in providing training or user support in a corporate or healthcare setting

- 2 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a helpdesk or technical support environment

- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools

- Formal IT training
