JTIT is an established IT services company based in Springwood. We’re looking for an experienced Onsite IT Support Technician to visit our clients across South East Queensland and provide friendly, professional, hands-on technical support.

This role suits someone who has moved beyond entry-level support and has experience working onsite in business environments. You’ll be confident troubleshooting independently, comfortable speaking with clients and ready to work closely with our remote support team to get the job done.

What you’ll be doing

- Travelling between client sites across South East Queensland to provide onsite IT support.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with computers, software, Microsoft 365, networks and other business IT systems.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software.
- Working closely with our remote support team to coordinate jobs, share findings and resolve issues efficiently.
- Keeping clients informed with clear, practical explanations and regular updates.
- Maintaining accurate service notes and documentation of client systems and solutions.
- Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements to help our clients’ technology run reliably.

What we’re looking for





- Previous experience providing onsite IT support to businesses, with technical skills beyond basic Level 1 support.
- A practical understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows desktop and Server environments, Azure and networking fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the judgement to know when to involve the wider team.
- A confident, approachable manner and professional presentation.
- Explicit communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service.
- The ability to manage your time, organise your workload and work independently across multiple client sites.
- A team-first attitude, with a willingness to share knowledge and support your colleagues.
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout South East Queensland.
- An interest in continuing to learn and develop your technical skills.
