About the role

A business that rarely hires, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Commercial Property Manager to support the Commercial team and Senior Commercial Property Manager.

Our client is looking for the Assistant Commercial Property Manager to step into a Commercial Property Manager role in the near future (6 - 12 months), so on top of the outstanding base salary on offer, you will be rewarded with financial and career progression incentives as well.

Your duties will include:

- Building strong relationships with landlords and vendors
- Attending property inspections and preparation of condition reports
- Compiling monthly financial and written reports
- Managing tenant arrears
- Oversee a very manageable portfolio of your own




- Following up all tasks set out from the Commercial Property Manager

To be considered, you will have:

- At least 12 months experience within a similar, commercial & Industrial role
- Self-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add value
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A real passion for property management
- Outstanding client services
- A current Certificate Of Registration
