JUNIOR / GRADUATE ESTIMATOR

KEE Surfacing, our largest division, is recognised as one of WA's leading road surfacing contractors, with industry-leading spray seal, profiling, and asphalt crews. Backed by STRABAG's recent acquisition, we combine local expertise with the strength and opportunities of a global construction leader.

This is an excellent chance for a recent graduate looking to build a long-term career in civil construction, estimating, and project delivery. Working closely with our Surfacing Construction Manager and Commercial & Procurement Lead, you'll assist with quotations, tender submissions, cost analysis, and broader pre-contract activities while gaining exposure to commercial and contractual processes.

The Role/ Responsibilities:

- Assist with preparing quotations, estimates, and tender submissions.
- Review specifications, scopes of work, and contract documentation.
- Complete quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support contract reviews and commercial assessments.
- Assist with project handovers to operational teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

- Recent graduate in Construction Management, Project Management, or Civil Engineering (essential).
- Some exposure to commercial agreements, contracts, procurement,



or estimating through university, internships, or previous employment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
