Big Loaf Bakery in Fremantle is looking for an enthusiastic Junior to join our team for the upcoming school holidays.

This is the perfect opportunity for a student living in the Fremantle area to gain work experience, earn some extra money, and work in a friendly local business.

No prior experience is required—we will train you on everything you need to know!

Key Responsibilities:

- Restocking & Tidying: Keeping our front-of-house shop fully stocked and looking appetizing.
- Slicing Bread: Safely using our commercial bread slicer to prepare loaves for customers.
- General Cleaning: Maintaining a clean shop environment by wiping down counters, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and keeping all areas tidy.
- Organising Packaging: Pre-folding catering trays and stacking paper bags so they are ready for busy periods.
- Refilling Supplies: Keeping takeaway napkins and cutlery station fully stocked.

Hours & Availabilty:

- School Holidays: Shifts will be focused around midday and afternoons on weekends,



with potential weekday afternoon shifts.
- Future Opportunity: For the right candidate, there is an option to continue on after the holidays with casual after-school and weekend shifts.

What We Are Looking For:

- A reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely.
- Positive physical fitness (you will be on your feet and active during your shift).
- A friendly manner.
- Local to the Fremantle area for easy travel to and from work.
