Junior Estimator – Part Time (2 Days per Week)

Pay: From $28 per hour plus super, depending on experience

Pristine Interior Concepts is a growing waterproofing, tiling and bathroom renovation business. We’re looking for a junior estimator to join us two days a week, with the potential for more hours as the business grows.

We’re happy to hear from you if you’re still completing your studies. This is an prospect to gain practical estimating experience while studying construction management, quantity surveying or a related field.

What you’ll do

- Read plans and complete material and labour takeoffs
- Help prepare quotes for waterproofing, tiling, screeding and renovation works
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor prices




- Maintain estimating spreadsheets and pricing records
- Work with our director to review scopes and final quotes

What we’re looking for

- An ability to read plans and measure quantities
- Experience with Bluebeam, Groundplan or similar software
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and ask questions
- Experience with Xero or QuickBooks would be an advantage
