We're looking for a highly organised and motivated Junior PMO to join a busy Digital team and provide day-to-day support across a range of projects and initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project career who wants to build their PMO experience, learn from experienced Project Managers and get exposure to a large digital project workplace.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project administration
- Updating project plans, trackers, action logs and project documentation
- Coordinating meetings, taking notes and following up on actions
- Helping prepare project reports, presentations and status updates
- Tracking project milestones, actions and key deliverables
- Maintaining project folders and ensuring documentation is kept up to date
- Assisting with RAID logs, risks, issues and dependencies
- Supporting project governance and reporting activities
- Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to keep actions moving




- Providing general PMO support across multiple projects

What we're looking for
- Some experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role
- Alternatively, a graduate or early-career candidate with strong administration and coordination experience looking to move into PMO
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in working within a Digital/Technology project environment
