Junior Property Manager | Raspa Property Group

Part-Time, 20+ hrs/week (flexible) — South of River — Immediate Start

Looking to build a real career in property, not just fill in hours? Raspa Property Group is a small, energetic team looking for a Junior Property Manager who's ready to learn, grow, and step up over time.

You'll get genuine variety — tenant relationships, inspections, compliance, applications, listings — real hands-on experience that builds toward a long-term career in property management, not just admin.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building relationships with tenants through day-to-day communication
- Conducting property inspections and home opens
- Processing rental applications
- Preparing listing advertisements and coordinating photo shoots
- Keeping on top of compliance across the portfolio
- Supporting the wider team wherever needed

What We're Looking For

- Current Registration/Certificate of Registration (real estate),



with 1+ years in a client-facing role
- Someone who wants a career in property and is ready to step up as they grow
- Great interpersonal skills and comfortable with technology
- Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about the day-to-day
- A valid driver's license
- PropertyMe and Inspection Express experience highly regarded
- Based South of River, or happy to work in the area
- Adaptable availability, as hours may shift week to week
