The College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Assistant (Special Needs) to join our vibrant and inclusive community from Term 1, 2027. Reporting to the Head of Junior School, this rewarding role forms part of a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team within a values-driven environment.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of students with diverse learning needs. Through your expertise, care, and commitment to inclusive education, you will help create meaningful learning experiences that empower every student to reach their full potential.

Our Junior School also offers Before School Care and After School Care programs for students. The successful applicant will therefore have the opportunity to undertake additional paid hours supervising and facilitating these programs.

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position, to start as soon as possible.

The be successful in this role you will be an experience and qualified Education Assistant and will be able to demonstrate:

- The completion of a Cert III or IV in Education Support
- Experience working with students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6




- A current National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
