This is a great chance for someone who has experience coordinating projects and is ready to take on more ownership across project delivery, stakeholders, governance and reporting.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting the delivery of projects across multiple workstreams
- Working closely with Project Managers, stakeholders and internal teams to keep projects on track
- Maintaining project plans, schedules, actions, RAID logs and key documentation
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies and project actions
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and project communications
- Preparing project updates, reports and presentations
- Supporting project governance and ensuring documentation is kept up to date
- Identifying risks, issues and dependencies and escalating where required
- Managing competing priorities across multiple projects
- Taking ownership of day-to-day project coordination and delivery activities

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Officer, Junior PM,



PMO or similar role
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across multiple projects or workstreams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working with project plans, reporting and project documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and project management platforms
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
- Someone looking to step up and take on greater responsibility across project delivery
