Your role A fantastic opportunity exists in our Perth office for a Junior Receptionist on a full-time basis – 40 hours per week. This role will require you to work Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.30pm. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing email and telephone service to customers
- Providing administrative support
- Assist with customer queries
- Purchase office supplies
- General data entry tasks
- Ensure that reception and sizing areas are clean and professionally presented
What you need Ideally,
you will have previous experience in an administration or customer service role. You will also be articulate, well presented, friendly and organised.
Additionally, you will possess the following:
- The ability to work in a highly functioning, fast-paced team environment
- Have good time management skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and have good attention to detail
- A professional, positive attitude
- Computer literacy
- An understanding of OH&S; and safe work practices
- Current Driver’s License and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
