We’re a growing company in the cosmetic pharmaceutical industry, committed to quality, innovation and excellence. As our operations continue to expand, we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Junior Warehouse Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Norwest. If you’re organised, hands-on and keen to learn, this is a great opportunity to build your warehouse and logistics skills in a professional environment — while enjoying a 4-day working week.

The Role

As a Junior Warehouse Assistant, you’ll be an important part of our day-to-day warehouse operations. You’ll work alongside an experienced team and gain practical experience across receiving, picking, packing, inventory and dispatch. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving and checking incoming stock and materials
- Labelling and organising products within the warehouse
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory checks
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Safely using warehouse equipment and following established procedures
- Working closely with the team to ensure orders are processed on time
- Following all workplace health and safety requirements

About You

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their warehouse or logistics career.



We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of lifting and moving stock when required
- A valuable communicator who works well as part of a team
- Able to follow instructions and established processes
- Positive, hardworking and willing to take on new responsibilities

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage, but it’s not essential. The right attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
