The Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Midweight Graphic Designer to join our Sydney team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This position is ideal for a designer who has developed strong foundational design skills and is ready to take greater ownership of projects from initial concept through to final delivery. We're looking for more than someone who can simply make things look good.

You'll need to understand the purpose behind the design, the brand, audience, message and business objective and translate that thinking into effective visual communication. You'll work across multiple brands and projects, including branding, digital campaigns, social media, websites, print collateral, presentations, advertising and general marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Conceptualisation: Translate complex briefs into highly effective visual assets across digital, print, social, and web platforms.
- Diverse Portfolio Management: Adapt your design style seamlessly across a varied client base, moving effortlessly between corporate guidelines and disruptive consumer campaigns.
- Brand Guardianship: Champion and evolve our clients' brand strategies, ensuring absolute visual consistency across all touch points.




- End to End Execution: Manage your own workflows, collaborating directly with account managers, strategists, developers and external production partners to meet tight deadlines.
- Production Readiness: Prepare flawless, production ready files for both digital deployment and commercial print.

What You Bring

- Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or multi brand in house experience is highly regarded).
- Strategic Mindset: A proven track record of using design to solve business problems, backed by a deep understanding of brand architecture and market positioning.
- Tech Stack: Expert level mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with motion graphics or Premiere Pro is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently present and articulate your creative rationale.
- Qualifications: A degree or advanced diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
