Casual Contractor (ABN) – Opportunity for Full-Time

Holiday Property Service (HPS) is a well-established and growing business providing professional linen and property services to short-term accommodation providers. We support holiday homes, Airbnb properties, and managed accommodation by delivering high-quality linen, efficient logistics, and reliable service standards.

We are currently seeking a dependable and hands-on Junior Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse and delivery operations.

Tasks and Duties

- Communicate with the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor, providing regular updates on stock levels, deliveries, and operational issues.
- Follow instructions and procedures for linen handling, deliveries, and inventory management.
- Sort, fold, and pack clean linen for delivery to designated locations.
- Unpack and organise clean linen for further processing and warehouse storage.
- Ensure correct linen quantities are accurately prepared and loaded for each delivery location.
- Safely transport linen to designated destinations while maintaining HPS quality and hygiene standards.
- Obtain delivery confirmations from recipients and report discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Monitor linen stock levels to ensure sufficient supply is maintained.
- Report shortages, damaged linen, or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Manage inventory and stock consumables to maintain adequate supply levels.
- Clean and maintain the warehouse shed to ensure a safe,



clean, and organised work environment.
- Prepare delivery bags, ensuring all items are correctly packed and clearly labelled.

Position Details

- Employment Type: Casual contractor role (ABN required)
- Trial Period: 3-month trial, with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week; must be available to work weekends
- Role Type: Warehouse-based role with delivery support
- Locations: Kingscliff and Surfers Paradise (two warehouse locations)
- Driver’s Licence: Required

About You

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Holds a valid driver’s licence
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or linen handling experience is advantageous but not essential
