As our Key Account Manager - Wholesalers &

- Distributors, you'll play a critical role in driving profitable growth across our Spirits &
- StrangeLove portfolio. Working with key wholesale and distribution partners, you'll build strategic customer relationships, develop commercial plans, and deliver initiatives that increase distribution, visibility, and market performance across Australia.

Key Accountabilities

- Develop and execute customer account plans covering ranging, pricing, promotions, innovation, and commercial growth opportunities.

- Drive revenue, profit, distribution, and share growth across the Spirits &
- StrangeLove portfolio.

- Build robust, long-term partnerships with wholesalers and distributors, identifying opportunities to create mutual value.

- Lead customer business reviews, performance tracking, and promotional evaluations to maximise commercial outcomes.

- Partner with field sales and trade marketing teams to deliver best-in-class execution, activations,



and innovation launches in market.

- Negotiate commercial agreements, manage trade investment, and ensure contractual compliance across customer partnerships.

About You

- Solid experience in FMCG sales, account management, key account executive, national account executive, or similar customer-facing commercial roles.

- Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and delivering growth within a structured, data-driven environment.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and influence business outcomes.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Highly organised with strong planning and execution capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Resilient, collaborative, and proactive, with a passion for building customer partnerships and delivering results.
