About Us eLoop runs a fleet of shared e-scooters across Brisbane, helping thousands of people get around cleanly and conveniently every day. Keeping our fleet charged and ready is what makes that possible, and we're looking for reliable riders to join our field operations team.

The Role

You'll ride a Kyburz electric utility vehicle around your assigned zone, swapping depleted batteries in our e-scooters for fully charged ones. It's an active, outdoor role where you work independently and see the direct results of your work on the streets every shift.

What You'll Do

- Ride a Kyburz vehicle safely around your zone, following routes and task lists assigned through our operations app.
- Locate scooters with low charge and swap their batteries quickly, making sure each one is secured and working before you move on.
- Tidy, reposition, and rebalance scooters so they're parked safely, don't block footpaths, and sit in high-demand areas.
- Carry out basic visual checks on scooters and report damage, faults, or vandalism through the app.
- Load, unload, and manage your battery stock at the warehouse, including returning spent batteries for charging.
- Follow all road rules, safety procedures,



and manual handling guidelines throughout your shift.

What We're Looking For
- A current [full / open] driver's licence, with a clean or near-clean driving record.
- Confidence riding in traffic and around pedestrians; prior experience with scooters, motorbikes, or delivery vehicles is a plus but not essential, as full Kyburz training is provided.
- The physical fitness to be on your feet, working outdoors in all weather, and lifting batteries of around 4kg repeatedly.
- Comfort using a smartphone app to receive tasks, navigate, and log your work.
- Good time management and the ability to work independently while hitting your shift targets.
- A reliable, safety-first attitude and pride in doing the job well.
