Kitchen Hand / Sushi Maker – Upper Sushi, Brisbane CBD
Upper Sushi is looking for a reliable kitchen team member with previous kitchen experience and skills in preparing salmon and making sushi.
Location: 95 Charlotte Street, Brisbane CBD
Responsibilities
- Preparing and slicing salmon
- Making sushi and preparing ingredients
- Completing orders efficiently during busy periods
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience
- Able to confidently handle and slice salmon and make sushi
- Good hygiene, attention to detail and teamwork
