Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to support a large government housing maintenance contract in Current South Wales.
You will lead a compliance team, embed procedures, conduct audits, and report to the Contract Director and client to keep safety, quality, and contractual outcomes at the forefront.
The role requires formal risk management qualifications, experience with high-volume operations, and robust stakeholder engagement across BGIS, client teams and subcontractors.
